What makes this course different

Learn with Cerby, your personal coach

Most online courses are the same for everyone. This one is not. Cerby, your AI coach, works through the course with you: he answers on the spot, notices where you struggle, and connects every topic to your own organisation.

Ask about any cardStuck on a concept, a control or a framework? Ask on the card you are reading. Cerby knows the whole course and takes you to the exact video, diagram or check that helps.
He gets to know youYour role, your goal, the time you have. He notices which topics click and which do not, and remembers it from session to session.
He teaches by askingInstead of handing out answers, Cerby asks, gives hints and short practice questions, and brings back the questions you missed when it is time to review them.
Made for your organisationWhat you write in the worksheets about your own systems, Cerby uses to make every explanation concrete for your situation, and it ends up in your action plan.
What Cerby knows about you is yours: he tells you on request, and you can reset it at any time.

#### The problem
Most attacks don't break through your firewall. They walk through you: the invoice that looks right, the USB stick in the car park, the voice on the phone that sounds exactly like your boss. Add AI-written phishing with no spelling mistakes to catch, and "I'll know it when I see it" stops working. You need to know what to check, when to pause and who to call — before the click, not after.

#### What you will learn
- Recognise mass phishing, spear phishing, thread hijacking, BEC and invoice fraud across email, SMS, QR codes and calls
- Spot social engineering in progress — pretexting, baiting, tailgating, MFA fatigue, voice clones and video deepfakes — and verify through a known channel instead of trusting the channel in front of you
- Tell what anti-malware can and cannot stop, and why your own device can work against you without your knowledge
- Secure passwords, MFA and passkeys, keep devices updated, and handle public Wi-Fi and travel without handing anyone an open door
- Use generative AI and AI assistants at work without leaking confidential, personal or customer data, and know what never goes into a public chatbot
- Act correctly in the first minutes of an incident — disconnect, don't delete, don't pay — and report without hesitation

#### Who it is for
Every employee who uses a computer, a phone or an inbox for work: office staff, managers, assistants, sales, HR, finance, and anyone working remotely. No technical background needed, none assumed. If you can send an email and open an attachment, this course is for you — because that's exactly what the attacker is counting on.
