AI Leadership Blueprint
What makes this course different

Learn with Cerby, your personal coach

Most online courses are the same for everyone. This one is not. Cerby, your AI coach, works through the course with you: he answers on the spot, notices where you struggle, and connects every topic to your own organisation.

Ask about any cardStuck on a concept, a control or a framework? Ask on the card you are reading. Cerby knows the whole course and takes you to the exact video, diagram or check that helps.
He gets to know youYour role, your goal, the time you have. He notices which topics click and which do not, and remembers it from session to session.
He teaches by askingInstead of handing out answers, Cerby asks, gives hints and short practice questions, and brings back the questions you missed when it is time to review them.
Made for your organisationWhat you write in the worksheets about your own systems, Cerby uses to make every explanation concrete for your situation, and it ends up in your action plan.
What Cerby knows about you is yours: he tells you on request, and you can reset it at any time.

The problem

Your organization is already running AI, in production or in shadow, and you are being asked what you're doing about it: by the board, by a regulator, by an auditor. Most leaders answer with a pilot deck or a vendor's slide, not an operating model. This course gives you the blueprint instead: who owns what, what data rules apply, where the risk sits, which deadlines are real, and what you report upward. No code, no mathematics — what a leader must decide, demand, and ask.

What you will learn

  • What changed in AI since 2022 (LLMs, agents, tool access) and where it creates or fails to create value in a security organization
  • How to build a RACI for AI across business, security, data, legal and operations, and decide which skills to build versus hire
  • How to set data classification rules that govern what may enter which AI system, including personal data and training-data provenance
  • How to read the AI attack surface across confidentiality, integrity and availability using the ZLSM map, and start an AI risk register
  • How to build a compliance calendar against the AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, NIS2 and DORA obligations and dates
  • How to set lifecycle decision gates and read model evaluation, monitoring and incident reports without reading code

Who it is for

CISOs, heads of security, AI leads, and the people who prepare their decisions: AI programme managers, GRC leads, enterprise and security architects. You decide what AI the organization builds or buys, under what conditions it runs, and what goes to the board and the regulator. This course assumes management experience in IT, security or risk, and the AI foundations covered in AI Security Basics; it points to Quantropic's technical and risk-method courses rather than repeating them.
